Katarzyna Ziarniewicz is from Poland and has Quadriplegia which is a form of bilateral cerebral palsy.

She has suffered with this condition as a result of her mum giving birth 3 months premature.

When she was 7 years old she had a hip operation which went wrong and left her with one leg shorter than the other and added more problems to her health instead of the improvement she had hoped for.

In total she has endured 16 unsuccesful operations which have made her worse and resulted in her life being very difficult in many ways and each and every day is a constant struggle.

She needs an operation that can only be perfofmed in the USA.
Without the operation doctors have told her she is getting worse and will end up in a wheel chair.

Although she has constant battle with her health she has a cheerful disposition and a happy outlook on life although things are still tough for her.

Her only hope for a succesful outcome is an operation in the USA at St Marys Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute at West Palm Beach Florida which cost a staggering £ 118,598.00

I am appealing to anyone that can help as with each and every donation it will bring her ever closer to the ultimate goal which she so desires.

Please help and make her life complete so that she may have a better quality of life as an able person which is something many people take for granted.
