Jeff's Cancer Fund

Hello all,

          I am trying to raise money for my father's cancer fund. He was originally diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma cancer a few years back and underwent two surgeries and radiation to remove the growth. He has experienced various other health issues in between then and now, ultimately to find that the cancer has returned. This time it is inoperable. He is seeking palliative treatment in the form of radiation and possibly chemotherapy. These measures may increase his longevity to 26 months. He faces a 100 mile commute total each day to attend these therapy sessions. The cost of gas on top of other medical expenses is considerable. My dad being laid off from his job two months ago has put a financial strain on him, prompting me to start this fund.

          I am incomprehensibly heartbroken by the diagnosis he has been given. I don’t have much family, and my dad has always been a huge part of my life. I want him to be around as long as possible. I’m maintaining hope that he can pull through this. Donations of any amount and moral support are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
