Hi Everyone!
I am raising funds to put myself through Recovery Coach training. As many of you know, I am in recovery from alcohol use disorder, my sobriety date is 7/10/2019. I want to utilize my recovery experience to help other people who are in need of recovery from alcohol and drug use. I am about to graduate from Bay Path University with a degree in Offender Rehabilitation/Victims Advocacy, my graduation month/year is September 2021. In order to get a job in the recovery field I need to go attend the CCAR Recovery Coach Training Academy, the price for attendance is 850$ and with a training certificate I can make a difference for people who need the support I have to offer. My goal is to support women who have experienced intimate partner violence, addiction and incarceration. These issues are prevalent in our community and our community needs people like myself and other women with recovery experience to change the cultural paradigm. Even if you can donate 1$ you will be making a difference for me and other people who need help to recover from addiction.
