Medical and Van for Jackson

This is Jackson, his journey began in December of 2017 after an accident left him paralyzed from the neck down. Jackson has been through some pretty rough times from hospital, to rehab, to home, but still fights every day and usually has a smile on his face. One of our big obstacles right now is transportation. The only way Jackson can go anywhere is by ambulance and that's only to Dr's visits. Before Jackson's accident we as a family went everywhere together always off on adventures. Now unfortunately Jackson has to stay home, which is heartbreaking for both him and I. A special needs van would be so amazing for our family! It would give Jackson more opportunities to be independent, participate in more activities, and honestly to just get out of the house more. Please help Jackson get back to his adventures!
