Microtia Surgery part 2

my 4 year old son has Microtia Atresia with Hemifacial Microsomia (a small ear and right side of the face). We have scheduled the outer ear surgery for the end of January 2014. we are doing it now because he will be mainstreamed this coming up school year and i don't want him made fun of because of it. He is such a sweet boy and i want him to continue to have the great self esteem that we have worked hard to build up and maintain. we need to fly to California for the surgery. my husband and i both work and must take off multiple weeks for surgery and check ups. We are appealing to you to help us in any way you can, large or small, and appreciate anything that you can do to help us.
