Please help keep the Irish Club of Mississauga open!
COVID-19 has been a serious drain on everyone's spirits and on the economy, and at the Irish club of Mississauga we are particularly feeling the sting of lost revenues from March to now. We've done a great job until now but it has become evident that our current cash reserves are just enough to keep our doors open another 3 to 4 months. This is due to the projected inability to book the parties and large gatherings that have been our primary revenue generator in support of the Irish, Scottish, English and local communities in the Mississauga area for the past 26 years.
Today we are coming to you, our members and friends to help us extend our ability to stay open. We hope that your generosity will keep our doors open until the province returns to business as usual. Every donation - big or small, has an impact and can give us the support we need to keep our lease and outlast the virus and lockdown.
We thank you in advance and look forward to seeing all of you again to celebrate life, culture, and surviving these unusual times. May our joy be as great as the oceans, our troubles as light as the foam, and may we find sweet peace of mind wherever we may roam. Go raibh mile maith agaibh!
