15 Year Old Boy Struck By Car

Hi . Again. This is for the loss of my 15 year old brother. David Bourne Jr. 15 years old. Walking around his neighbor hood he was struck by a car (around 5:30pm) who ran from the sceen on June 13th 2018. He was soon sent to metro. In unstable conditions. With lots of confusion i got there as fast as i could. Metro decided they had to work fast. But it wasnt ganna help. He passed away at metro hospital a little after 9pm. The doctor told us and i was in shock . Not my 15 year old brother! The one that played every sport at the Boys n Girls Club. Not the little boy that would up lift anyone he spoke to with just his words??? Not The spirit that smiled threw a resting face.
