Help the Hanson's - CZU Fire Relief Fund

Sadly our parents,  Mike and Deborah, and our Grandma Donna lost their home to the CZU Lightning Complex fire on Thursday.  The sadness of losing 43 years of memories is devastating.  They were given 3 hours to pack up their most important belongings in the middle of the night with no electricity.  Not nearly enough time to grab everything needed to live their everyday life.  Simple necessities were not grabbed over momentos.  Any help to get them through these difficult times is greatly appreciated.  We are thankful our parents, grandma and pets are all safe and know it is going to be a rough road ahead. They will need to rebuild their home and rebuy everything. 

For those of you who know Mike and Deborah, you know their generous and caring souls.  This is our chance to show them how much their generosity has touched us.  For those of you who don't know the family closely, Deborah has worked in the Santa Cruz area helping many people through her vast knowledge of health and nutrition.  Mike has worked for many families and businesses remodeling and building.  

Money raised will be spent on everyday necessities (clothes, toiletries, dishes, cooking ware, laundry, food for themselves and their pets). Mike will also need to purchase all new tools as his were lost in the fire. 

Our hearts go out to all those that have been affected by the fires.  We understand that with the covid pandemic, finances are tight for many families and we appreciate the smallest amount of help if you are able.
