Marcus Peters - “Help not Death.”

Marcus David Peters was an Amazing Son , Brother , Uncle , Mentor , and Educator . He was taken from us suddenly by the hands of a Richmond City Police Officer who chose that death was the solution for Marcus rather than help . Please help us in our movement to fight for Justice and Change .
