5K for Ryan – 30 days for 30th Birthday

This May, Ryan’s parents Marian and Michael his two brothers Daniel and Nathan , our family and I will be walking 5K every day in memory of my cousin Ryan, who we lost when he was just 11. He should be turning 30 this year, and we want to do this to celebrate that milestone for him.

Ryan wasn’t just my cousin, he was my best friend. Losing him at such a young age was something that really stayed with us all. After he passed, I went to Rainbows, and it helped me and my cousins through a time we didn’t really understand.

Because of that, I want to give something back.

I’m raising money for Rainbows Ireland, who support children and young people dealing with grief and loss, just like we were.
