Help Jessica Kick Cancer's Ass

Cancer takes a lot from you - and one of those things is financial stability.
Diagnosed with cervical cancer in August 2013, Jessica has so far had one surgery, 6 rounds of chemo, and 6 weeks of daily radiation. She went in for what she thought would be a radical hysterectomy, but the surgeon saw lymph nodes she suspected to be cancerous and closed her back up. Thankfully, pathology showed the lymph nodes to be clean. She is scheduled for another surgery on January 9th. This has all added up to 16 weeks out of work and an impressive medical tab. Thankfully, Jessica's colleagues at Harborview were able to donate some sick time to help out, but the balance of missed wages and medical bills amounts to $6,000.
Jessica and her partner Libby love their social work careers, but unfortunately, the hospital will not take good karma as payment:-) They have deeply appreciated the words of support, the meal deliveries, dog sitting, and hugs. But now they need our financial help. Let's chip in to help them out.
