The Most Important Move of My Life

For the last year and a half, I have been working tirelessly to move back to Kansas in order to be within visiting distance of my two daughters, ages 6 and 8. I have not seen my oldest daughter since 2006, and have never been able to meet my youngest.

Now, finally, I have been offered a position in a town close enough to make being a real part of their lives possible.

I have less than two weeks to make this life-altering move but, due to the financial constraints of providing child support while also trying to support myself, I have nowhere close to enough money to make the move on my own.


So, I've turned to the internet in hopes that somewhere out there are enough people with just a little bit of charity in their hearts to help make this possible.

The amount I'm trying to raise will cover the following:
- 1st month's rent/security deposit
- UHaul rental/gas



In return for your good will, and by way of paying it forward, I pledge to donate 5% of my pay to the Kansas Food Bank for the next year.
