Flood rebuilding

As some you may know, my flooded house was on the Weather Channel.  The good news is that FEMA came out and took a look. The bad news is they are only giving a grant of $924.23, which will not cover a new HVAC system and other components which were underwater for days and damaged.  Insulation and venting needs to come down. Hardy boards need to come down. Crawl space needs to be dried out (electric is under there).  Heating coil component (which was only three months old and underneath) has to be replaced. Carpets and flooring need to be replaced. The fridge got moldy and leaked all over the floor and cabinets.  Trees need to be cut down and fallen limbs removed. This is a project that will take $15-20,000, and any assistance is appreciated.
