Australia Student Ambassador

Hello family and Friends,
I was selected to be a Student Ambassador with the organization People to People. The trip that I was selected to participate in will be going to Australia. I am really looking forward to this trip and there are so many things I want to see and people I want to meet and activities to experience. While we are in Australia we will be able to go to school with the kids there and I will get to ask questions and see for myself how they live and if things are different from here or the same. They will also be able to ask questions of me about the USA especially coming from New York.
Some of the planned activities include swimming in the Great Barrier Reef to look at the colorful fish, see the coral and learn about the different types of things that live in that eco system. I am extremely excited about our visit to the zoo. We were told that we will be able to actually be hands on with feeding the animals as part of our service commitment. I am really looking forward to feeding and holding a Koala bear and Kangaroo or as they say in Australia we'll get to hold a Kola and pet a Jack mate J.
This is an amazing opportunity for me and will be a really cool adventure. However, in order for me to go I will need some help. I will need to raise $7,000. I am asking that you please sponsor me. It would really help me learn new things, make international friendships and have a great time.
