Tjaden Family Tornado Relief Effort

Brian and Kristi (Arbuckle) Tjaden were hit by a devastating tornado that hit the rural Minonk area on Sunday morning, November 17th. As the tornado approached, Kristi and her kids took shelter in their basement under the kitchen...the only part of the house still standing is the kitchen (see inserted picture below)! They've lost their house and possessions. THANKFULLY they were not harmed.

When I saw the devastation in rural Minonk and then heard that it had affected Kristi and her family, I wanted to do something to help. She and I went to high school together. She has always had a good heart and would do what she could to help others.

Due to those wanting to provide support, I've put together this site to channel financial resources to them in the short-term. The funds donated will go directly to the Tjaden family, to help them get set up in a temporary residence and begin to rebuild and take care of their immediate needs.
