20 year old Santana went missing late August and after two months he was found in the Delta Mendota Canal near Interstate 5. Unfortunately the worst news possible was confirmed by the Los Baños PD and the Merced County Sheriff’s. Santana’s case is being treated as a homicide.

The GoFundMe page has been created to help fundraise for Santanas funeral services. The funds will be used to assist with the expenses that are associated in organizing and managing a funeral. Inflation has effected many industries and these type of services are one of them. No donation amount is required . It’s whatever you can afford. Whether you’re donating or spreading the word about Santanas story, either one is highly appreciated.
Santana was all heart. He was his own person, respectful, helpful, thoughtful, family oriented and motivated to accomplish his goals in life that he had set forth. Santana graduated from Valley High School in Los Baños June of 2020. He was last an employee of Tesla in Fremont, CA.
Santana is forever fully loved and cared for. Our family would like to thank everyone who had helped spread the word when Santana was still reported as missing and also a big thank you to those of you sending your condolences and positivity our way. We appreciate it.
The family has also started a petition for Santana in hopes to make a change of how a missing persons case is handled in towns near deep waters. We highly encourage for everyone to read the petition, sign it and share it.
