Zachary’s Leg Lengthening Surgery

Zachary will be having his leg lengthening surgery this summer. This is the big one! We have been preparing for this for years with other surgeries. Major knee reconstructive surgery and hip surgery just last year. Zachary was born with Congenital Femoral Deficiency. His right leg is shorter than his left basically. This surgery will correct the difference and allow him to have 2 shoes of the same height for the first time in his life. You can’t imagine how excited he is for this!! This summer, we will be located in Florida. His specialist is there and Zach will have his procedure and then therapy for 12 weeks. The medical expenses are going to be high, especially with therapy 5 days a week. So anything that can be donated would be most helpful! In addition, Zachary’s Mom will not be working this summer, and that will make it more difficult. Thank you in advance and best wishes!!
