Melanie’s Fight With Pancreatitis

Melanie has been battling pancreatitis for almost 4 years now. She needs a pancreatectomy. This surgery would remove what is left of her real pancreas, and replace it with an artificial one. She has been in the hospital nine times since Christmas of 2017, which is nine times in the last four months. And it's progressively getting worse.
