Miranda’s Kidney Transplant Fund

I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis in June of 2013, right after my high school prom and days before graduation. I didn't know what to expect from life at that point. The lupus was quite for a few years until recently. My life changed completely in a span of 24 hours. February 13, 2018, It was confirmed that I am in Chronic Kidney Failure and now 3 months later I am in the process of starting dialysis at the age of 23. Right now my plan is to stay healthy enough until my kidney transplant and continue a healthy lifestyle. I am so grateful for the individuals who stepped forward in my search for a kidney donor and I thank God for my loving support system. This fight won’t be easy or cheap. Between the cost of medicine, traveling back and forth between doctors and the days of work I miss due to pain and illness from my weakened immune system, is hurting me financially. I pledge to fight each day and pray that you can join me and show your support on this journey. This is MY story, but this can be OUR fight. Let's keep fighting together!!
