My sister was crossing the street and was hit by a vehicle. This resulted in traumatic brain injury, and she was sent to one of the best trauma centers in California. While she has insurance, the treatment will be extensive, and the recovery period likely very long, even with the best prognosis. Donations will be used for medical bills, and other expenses related to her long term care. Other options for support include hotel points and fund for Uber, both for me while I stay in California to manage her care.
