Open Heart Surgery For Keira

Keira was recently diagnosed with “Anomalous Origin of the right Coronary Artery”. A condition that results in the Coronary Artery being kinked between the Aorta and the Pulmonary Artery. This is a very rare and serious condition. So serious that Keira was diagnosed on Tuesday and had open heart surgery on Thursday. The surgery was a complete success and her doctors inform us that everything should be fixed. A great deal of our friends and family have offered to have meals delivered, or send us gift cards. These are greatly appreciated, however, now that Keira’s surgery is complete and we are back home, the most ominous cloud is the medical bills related to the surgery, post surgery care and rehab.
