Carissa’s Hope Corps ITW Mission

Hello everyone! I have an amazing opportunity to go on a Mission Trip to Roatan, Honduras this June. I have been taking an online Christian school program called “Hope Corps” on top of my college classes to further my passion in serving people. I have dreamt of doing Hope Corps for over 3 years & God has helped me every step of the way. I will be spending a week in Roatan where myself and many other students will get a taste of God’s mission. We will be putting on church services each night for the local people in the area & reaching out to them. We also help build the church, paint their school, or whatever else they need. We also take classes during the day from Pastors. My cousin, Luke Akerboom completed this last year which pushed my passion even further. Any amount to help me pursue this dream is greatly appreciated.
