Help me get back on my Feet

Sometimes we need to ask for help. I am experiencing a complete mechanical failure of my knee replacement ( 2nd) one. I am going to have a 3rd one ( I am on a waiting list with a revisionist surgeon who specializes in my condition) for July. I am unable to have full body weight on the knee for long periods of time. My knee buckles underneath me when I walk for long periods of time. I do not qualify for unemployment or disability. I ran through my savings finishing my Masters. It's feels like I have been in a terrible accident.

San Francisco is astronomically expensive. I am unable to work due to the circumstances of the injury.
- The impact of running out of financial resources is taking its toll. I know that this is temporary and 3's a charm it's just getting through this period of time that seems insurmountable. I will be an intern helping others sooner than later. Thank you
