A New Wheelchair

Hello family and friends, I am requesting your help to raise money for the purchase of a new set of wheels. For those who don't know me, my name is Anthony Chase, 51 years young and a father of three with one being nine years old. I am a T-10 paraplegic confined to use a wheelchair. I had recently stopped working because of medical reasons leaving my only source of income as SSDI. For those who know me, they would say I am a hard worker, dedicated father, goal-oriented and very self-sufficient. I am trying to get a Eclipse wheelchair with features adjustability options for height, center of gravity, backrest and much more plus all the styling options offered by Colours. My current wheelchair currently 7 years old it's starting to fall apart and recently I discovered that the axle is broke which is why I am starting this campaign for a new wheelchair. I do have Medicare but as we all know they pay for nothing and what they will pay for has restrictions that I can't get some features that will make things easier and of course stylish.
