Eddie Brown Cancer Support Group

My goal is to help my brother keep his health insurance coverage going for him and his family while he is going thru his ordeal of cancer treatments.

My brother has been struggling to stay afloat financially since he was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma cancer in July 2013. It has been such a struggle with going back and forth to the hospital for complications, cancer treatments, follow-up appointments, household bills, household alterations required for his medical condition plus all the time devoted to continuous paperwork required just to try to bring in some kind of income to financially stay above water.

Has anyone ever "almost drown"? Well I can honestly say I have. Once a neighborhood mother saved me and the other my sister. Both times I had been a young child, but I can still remember the feeling of despair and panic I had felt. My lungs filling with water as I desperately waited for that reaching hand that saved me each time.

This is your chance to be a reaching hand that helps my brother. Unfortunately, the struggle of fighting cancer weighs heavily upon his shoulders alone but the burden of falling victim to financial hardship doesn't have to be his alone to worry over.

I know this is a bad time of year to ask for your help but then again this is the perfect time of year to find that special part deep within each and everyone one of us that desires to help people in need.

This Economy has hit everyone so hard over the last several years so if you are unable to help finacially I completely understand. But a completely free approach that is still just as valuable is to share this fundraiser with your facebook friends, . Your simple act may be the extra $5 or $10 that can help my brother continue to pay his medical insurance for another month.
