Saving Sharp.

This is Sharp. She's around 15 to 18 years old, and she's been with me since I was a child. She developed a bump on her chest, which the vet described as ''bubbly'' and ''full of cysts''. They think it might be a mammary tumor, but they need to do a surgical removal and biopsy to be sure. The price estimate they gave me was between $900 to $1,300. I filed for taxes back in January and genuinely thought I would have gotten my return by now, but I haven't. The bump seems to be causing her pain - she's sluggish, extremely cranky, and it sometimes bleeds. She has to wear a cone at all times. She's been in my life for as long as I can remember, and I genuinely can't imagine being without her - even if she's old, I want her to enjoy the last years of her life to the fullest.

Any excess funds not needed for the surgery will be used for transportation to and from the vet, follow up appointments if necessary, and things like heating pads and pain medication for her. If you've read this far - genuinely, thank you, I appreciate it more than words can say.
