We are so sad and devastated to hear of the passing of such a kind, caring, loving and vibrant Women. Fely touched all of our lives and will be missed tremendously ❤️ We have set up this GoFundMe account to help Dan and Judy and their family with the cost of funeral arrangements and flights to and from the Philippines. Dan and Judy have lost one of the strongest women they have ever known & have been honored to call her mom. Their dearest mother  was like no other, always full of energy, beautiful, positive, and full of love. She would always tell me, “Live life to its fullest because tomorrow is never promised”  we promise we will & I will always miss you Fely Kern RIP Fely you will be missed.
