Gregory Alejandro's Medical Fund

Gregory Alejandro is our godson. He lives in Santa Anita la Union, Quetzaltenango, Guatemala and is approaching his fourth birthday. He has been sick since he was born, fighting what were initial signs of brain cancer. He has undergone numerous sessions of chemotherapy and was stable in the last year and a half. However, he has recently fallen ill again and this time needs surgery to stop the tumors from spreading. The surgery was schedule for December 3rd, but it can only take place in a private hospital in Guatemala City (regional hospitals lack the necessary technology) - provided his family can raise the money needed to pay for the procedure. Because Jenni and I are and have been full time students in graduate school, we don't have the necessary financial resources to give to Gregory Alejandro's incredible family, so we are asking our friends and families to give whatever they can to help save this little guy's life. Any amount will help. We will of course be notifying everyone of his progress before and after the surgery, if we can get that far. Thank you for anything you can give.
