Soccer In England

Hi, my name is Áine Lachance. I am a middle school student in Massachusetts! I live for soccer, it’s just what I do. Soccer means everything to me. Just recently my club coach announced that our team had the opportunity to go to England in April 2019! This is an incredible opportunity for me not just as a teen but also as a developing soccer player. While I am there I would spend time with my teammates and get to know them better. We would become closer as a team, and would be coached by professional soccer coaches. Our team would participate in local games, watch professional games, go on bike tours and even meet famous soccer players! But the fee for this spectacular trip is $2,800. I discovered that if I wanted to do this trip I would have to earn it. So I decided to make bracelets and sell them. I’m also doing other things to help raise money for this trip. It would be amazing if I could raise enough money in time. Soccer is something I do for fun, but I also take it seriously. Which is why I would like to go on this trip with my team. We would learn together; we would learn about each other’s strengths and weaknesses. We would help one another gain skills, and improve as a team! My goal is to raise at least $2000. I would love to reach $2,800 or more! Thank you for all those who help me achieve this!
