Help My Parents Recover

Dear Friends and Family,

As a child you spend your whole life depending on your parents. From learning to walk, how to change a tire and if you're lucky filing your taxes correctly. But there comes a point when you have to take care of your parents, and for a moment you understand just how much they love you. My parents were in a severe car accident yesterday afternoon. My mom was hit hardest and has had surgery on her stomach and due for another surgery on her leg on Tuesday and is currently in the ICU. My dad is badly beaten up, bruised, and in a lot of pain. I spent a very restless night wondering how I could help beyond prayers and emotional support and this led to me making a GofundMe.

If you have had the pleasure of meeting my parents, you know they give a lot and ask for almost nothing. So there kids are asking for them, in the moment we need to take care of our parents. We are asking that you give whatever you can. Anything means the world to us. My parents live paycheck to paycheck, and have worked to provide for our needs and for others. Being out of work for recovery is a big deal for them and whenever they are fully recovered we would love to make sure finances are the last thing on there mind.

This money will be used to help cover some of rent, groceries, loss of work, time off so we can take care of them, some of their hospital bills, car damage and more...
