Journey To The Stage

Hello everyone My name is Kelly and I’m one week away from my first NPC bikini competition! I made this my goal in December of last year and with the guidance and support of my coach I am almost ready to take the stage. It has been a long but incredibly rewarding 3 months of intense workouts, sometimes 2-3 a day, waking up at 2 am to do fasted cardio, prepping food for hours each week, eating up to 6 and 7 meals a day, hours of posing practice and all while working and attending college. I had saved up for this but due to some set backs I’ve fallen short of being able to afford to all that it takes to compete. So I’m asking for anyone who takes the time to read this, who have followed me through my fitness journey, if you would help me to reach my goal of getting up there to show off the countless hours of hard work I’ve put into building and sculpting my physique❤️
