In MAY 2018, a benefit will be held for Devyn Science at Turkey Town Fire Hall at 12pm. Devyn Science is a 16 year from West Newton, a junior at Yough High School. He has been diagnosed with Stage 2-B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on March 6th 2018. Devyn is at the very beginning of treatment and he has already endured more pain then most people will encounter in their lifetime. Due to the mass he has sitting on his airway, all surgeries and procedures have been done without any anesthesia, as he cannot be intubated. This young man doesn’t know it, but he is teaching his whole family and community exactly what strength is.
Our Fundraiser will raise money in order to help his family with the financial pressures.
