Please help me fight breast cancer

My name is Monica (Mona) Vega. On September 25th, 2019, I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma stage 2 in my left breast, at age 50. I am just trying to wrap my head around all this at this point. The oncologist spoke to me about treatments, surgery, intravenous chemotherapy, and more MRI's and Ultrasounds on my right breast to determine if the calcifications  (due to the density of my tissue) that have appeared on the x-rays are not cancer.
I know I have a good fighting chance of beating this cancer that has invaded my breast. I am a fighter and I will do everything I can possibly do to keep myself positive. I have an autoimmune disease (ankylosing spondylitis) that is already playing havoc with my body with the great amount of stress that has come with this diagnosis,   I am here to humbly ask for help with the expenses that are sure to come with living expenses, time off work,  medical bills, help with my care after surgery, chemo treatments, and any other related expenses.
