Emerging Adults Life Skills Camp
Donation protected
Many young adults are struggling to find their purpose in life. Many arrive at adulthood without the skills or the positive self image to take on life's challenges with confidence. Many have to deal with obstacles such as intellectual challenges, autism, depression, anxiety related disorders, and so on.
It has been a dream of mine for many years to address these issues in an intensive setting. I started a group for Emerging Adults many months ago. Now it's time to make the dream complete. A Hope and A Future is pleased to announce the inaugural Life Skills Camp for Emerging Adults. The camp will be small and short this year, but will include exciting modalities such as music therapy, an obstacle course challenge, cooking, equine therapy, and more! We have an exciting time planned, so if you or anyone you know has a young adult in the family that would benefit from an intensive 2 days and 2 nights of interpersonal skills and executive functioning skills development, contact Paul.
We are in need of seed money to continue moving forward with our plans. We recently released our schedule of activities to the families of 4 young men who have registered. We want to make this a memorable, effective, and safe experience for them. Please consider giving toward this cause.
