Guatemala Internship

Hi friends!!!!! My name is Hanna Wilson and I am an intercultural studies major at Dallas Baptist University! I have recently been accepted to be an intern in Guatemala with A1EightProject, loving on orphaned kiddos and sharing the Gospel with them! I will be moving to Guatemala on May 30th and staying until mid August!!! This is going to a big adventure for me, but I am SO READY!!!! Oh how AWESOME Our God is!!!! I am excited to be challenged in many ways and learn to rely on His goodness even more. One of the challenges I will face is the financial means of training, traveling, lodging and eating while I serve. Although, my flesh wants to be discouraged at times, I am trusting in the Lord to provide the means for this journey He has called me to! As of right now, I am looking for more ways to obtain financial support. Prayer. Prayer. Prayer. Trusting that the Lord is my sole provider, I have less anxiety about these things.
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” MATTHEW 6:25-34
God is so good and I cannot wait to step out of my comfort zone and serve others as a way to praise him!!!
