Heart Surgery for Ra's

Meet Ra's a 12 week old German Shepherd puppy who was dumped in the dropped box at Franklin County. The rescue coordinator called me knowing I was looking for a GSD pup so I went that day and picked him up. This little boy is amazing and is going to make an awesome working dog. I took him to the vet for a DHPP booster when they found a significant heart murmur that the vet had advised we see a specialist. We made the appointment at Med Vet and he was diagnosed with a grade 5 out of 6 heart murmur due to Pulmonary Stenosis which basically means one of his valves is narrower than it should be. This can cause fainting spells and even sudden death in the future. There is a surgery that can make the valve opening wider which I would really like to do but I'm already paying $4000 in vet bills due to a ruptured disc surgery in one of my other GSDs recently. So I'm swallowing my pride here in hopes I will get enough donations in order to save this sweet boys life. If you can't donate please share his story and maybe someone else can!
