Help build a road

A hilltop log home B&B opening in early 2014.Our vision... To create a getaway for people to unwind, recharge and enjoy our beautiful location and amenities.
Our road block, literally...Before we can open, we are required to engineer and rebuild 3/4 of a mile of roadway and have it approved by Calaveras county and the state of California. We have to cover all costs for improving two stretches that neither the county nor the neighborhood road association can afford to do.
The cost is much more than expected and we need your help. Donations will help us widen, flatten and cover St. John's Road from Murphys Grade Road, and Ponderosa way up to the entrance of our new B&B, Courtwood Inn. It will be in the small town of Murphys, which has one other B&B, one hotel, two motels and one inn, plus some vacation rentals, so we hope to help the local economy.
