Help with Kelly's Lung Transplant bills

I have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis which is a terminal lung disease. The doctor has given me less than a year to live without a lung transplant. I am currently on the lung transplant waiting list at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. This transplant is $940,000. One medication after the transplant will cost me $2,000 a month for the rest of my life. After transplant, I will need to live in Seattle for 2-3 months, close to the University for post-op care. My wife, who is my caregiver, will be on leave from her work and will receive no income during that time. Any help would be deeply appreciated. I am so grateful to be on the list and get the "gift of life." I encourage everyone to become an organ donor and help save someone's life like mine.
