Patrick Erin's Medical Expenses

My name's Michele Denis. I'm raising money for my son Patrick Erin Denis. Patrick is my only son.  He has overcome much adversity and worked very hard to become a wonderful Yoga Instructor and accomplished musician.  He is trying to finish school to get a degree in Kinesiology and has been sober for six years. I am on social security and he has always been there for me. Now Patrick has four herniated discs  C4, C5, C6 and C7 in his neck that every doctor has told us requires surgery.  The surgery itself sounds terrifying but they also said any additional injury could result in paralzation or death. The pain he is enduring is excruciating.  The injury is from an accident that occurred in December but the insurance company is not claiming liability. Since the accident Patrick has not been able to work, teach yoga or play with his band.  My income covers minimal bills.  We have been struggling to pay bills and rent but the cat scan, MRI and doctor bills are mounting.  Patrick received an exemption from Obamacare and is in the process of getting JPS coverage which has not been approved yet.
We have no credit cards and had been able to get by pay check to pay check but now there are none. I appreciate everyone's prayers and positive thoughts but right now we need money.  It's heartbreaking to see your child in pain. Any help at all would be so welcome. I don't know where else to turn.
