Justices For James Justice for James means hiring a lawyer. As most of y’all are aware James was injured in 2008 and had to have two back to back surgeries on his spin. It took over eight years for James to finally win his case for SSI. While this was in limbo, James’ aunt was able to convince James’ father, her brother, that James was lying about his injury and in the end got James disinherited. She would receive everything after the death of James’ father. At the cemetery, James was given a Will with the information of disinheritance. Two weeks after James’ father passed, he went to court and received his disability verdict and he won his SSI. James’ father had diminished capacity when he disinherited James based on her false information. We have talked to a lawyer to contest the Will and the lawyer says James has a high chance of winning his case and is willing to take us on. The only problem is the lawyer wants $6000 for a retainer. Unfortunately, living on disability, we don’t have that kind of money. Please help us raise the necessary funds so we can hire the attorney and get James the Justice he deserves and making his his aunt liable for destroying the relationship between father and son.
