RICARDO'S FUND

HI < my name is RICARDO QUERALES , I'm from Venezuela and I live in Miami since 2003, Last January 22th, I went to immigration for what was to be a routine check in appointment - I was told unexpectedly that I needed to buy a plane ticket to Venezuela where I would be deported to in 30 days. In the mean time, a monitor was attached to my ankle.

My deportation was triggered by a felony from 2006 for the personal use of drugs. Since that time 12 years ago where I also contracted HIV, I have cleaned up my act. I believe everyone deserve second chance in life and i fighting for it.

I currently working and i have a steady job, but is hard for me to afford my legal defense and expenses . I pay taxes and I contribute to my community. Venezuela is a country from which I left for political and humanitarian reasons. I believe my life there would be in danger, if not from the lack of any necessary medication for me to continue living, then for the dangerous situation created by my political asylum.

I would ask for your help as I try desperately to avoid what I am convinced is a death sentence.

Hola, Mi Nombre es Ricardo Querales, soy de venezuela y vivo en Miami desde el 2003, El pasado Enero 22 de este año fui a inmigración para un a cita regular de rutina, donde dijeron que yo tenia que comprar un boleto de avión para regresarme a Venezuela. Mientras tanto me pusieron un monitor en el tobillo.

Mi deportación fue el resultado de un delito cargo por uso de drogas al nivel personal. Desde ese tiempo hace 12 años donde también contraje el VIH, yo he logrado rehacer mi vida ymantenerme sobrio los ultimos 5 años, creo que todos nos merecemos una segunda oportunidad y lo estoy luchando.

Actualmente tengo un empleo y es estable, pero no puedo cubrir los gastos de mi defensa legal (abogado). Pago mis impuestos y contribuyo a mi comunidad. Venezuela es un pais de donde me fui por motivos politicos. Yo estoy cierto que mi vida cairía en peligro, sino por la falta de medicamentos necesario para vivir, entonces por el resultado de mi asilo politico.

Les pido ayuda mientras que desesperadamente trato de evadir deportación ya que estoy convencido que me llevara a la muerte.

immigration gave me one more year of stay to fix my legal status, the next step is to reopen me case and remove the criminal case, please help me reach my goal
