Jerry "Dawg's" journey.

Jerry "Dawg" Pfingsten was recently diagnosed with Angioimmunoblastic T cell non-Hodgkins lymphoma. It is an extremely rare type of cancer. It is in his bone marrow and requires a stem cell transplant. after receiving half of his chemo treatments we learned that the cancer was non responsive. Jerry now needs to start a more aggressive round of treatments. These treatments are very expensive and a lot of the medications are not covered by insurance. This type of cancer has manifested in several different ways. Along with the cancer, he also has acquired inflammatory arthritis which affects every joint and surrounding muscle throughout his entire body. Any donation you can make to help fund these medications and travel back and forth to appointments would be so greatly appreciated and help alleviate a lot of stress this has caused on Jerry and his family and care provider.
