Steph Willey Recovery

For anyone that knows my wife, Stephanie, I wanted to let you know about her condition. Steph went to see a doctor yesterday because of a bad cough and some shortness of breath. Long story short, they sent her to the ER and she was admitted to Holy Spirit for pneumonia. We thought it was just going to be a simple treatment protocol for pneumonia, however, around 0200-0300, Steph took a major turn for the worse and ended up being intubated and transferred to the ICU. This morning around 0845, I received a call from the hospital stating that she was getting even worse and had become critical. Thankfully, by the grace of God alone, she has made some small improvements throughout the day and has stabilized at this point. She is not out of the woods yet, by a long shot, but at least things appear to be trending positively. I will do my best to keep everyone informed of any changes or updates. This could be a very long road as the doctor this morning told me she could be on the vent for 1-2 weeks. Thank you to everyone for the love, support, and prayers that I have received today already.
