529 College Savings Plan for Noah

Our friend Jorge Estrada, aka Cam Brady, will live forever in our hearts.

In Jorge’s honor, I would like to open a 529 College Savings Plan for his four-year old son Noah. This is an investment account that will grow tax-free and can be withdrawn tax-free as long as the funds are used toward college expenses.

I’m heartbroken that Noah will grow up without his amazing father, but at the very least he will know that he is incredibly loved by his family and friends. Additionally, through the love and support of Jorge’s friends, a college education will not be such a financial burden.

All donations will be deposited into the plan. Jorge’s sister, Kim, and I will be the account holders. We hope to make more contributions every year on or around August 4th (Noah’s birthday).

Keep in mind that GoFundMe will automatically deduct 8% from your donation (5% to the site and 3% as a processing fee), so please donate accordingly.

Also, share this page with your family and friends so that we can maximize the investment. Any and all donations are welcome. Remember, even a small donation can grow into a large donation (and tax-free) in 14 years.
