YOU can bring 50 working class women, people of color, and immigrants to Washington, D.C. for the People’s Action Founding Convention on April 23-25, 2017. We are Neighbor to Neighbor – Massachusetts (N2N), and we stand up to income inequality, environmental degradation, and racism. Stand with us!
We have less than 4 weeks to raise $10,000. You can help build a vibrant democracy with your contribution, and show your support for grassroots power.
A successful campaign means 50 people to resist, 50 people to fight, and, most importantly, 50 people who will get the training in the nation’s capital to return to their communities as progressive political leaders.
Adam Gomez did just this. A native of Springfield, MA (the poorest city in Massachusetts), Adam experienced the myriad of obstacles known to most people of color in his community from a lack of jobs to dealing with over-policing in his school. Yet, together with the support of his fellow N2N members, Adam knew that he and those directly affected by these issues in his community needed a voice at City Hall. Little did he know, that voice would be his. After returning from this training, Adam had acquired new skills, learned from other successful local campaigns throughout the country, and brought back a sense of urgency with him, an urgency to run for political office. He did. He won. Now, Adam amplifies those voices too long unheard.
We need your help to bring back 50 Adam Gomez’s from D.C. this year. We are relying on the generosity of people like you to make this happen. The costs for this trip are high for our members, but so are the stakes.

$100 – Covers a shared hotel room for 1 member
$200 – Sponsors 1 member for the entire trip!
$500 – Provides breakfast for all our members for three days, PLUS, you get a special thank you video!

In an era of income inequality, environmental degradation, and racism, our chapters in Lynn, Springfield, and Holyoke are building the power to confront this triple crisis in Massachusetts. We fill the ballot box with our votes. We fill the streets with our voices. We seed the new alternatives that put power and decision-making in the hands of those directly affected. We know that a better world is possible and that we are the ones who will build it.
