Clinical Life in Peru.
This summer I will be attending a clinical life program with an organization called AMAPeru. As a physiology student I am attending this program to both further my educational goals and help out those who are less fortunate. For more info on the program you can visit AMA Peru
Unfortunately attending this program has caused some financial strain. The program itself is approximately $1700 and does not include other costs. These costs include:
Room and Board
Food
Passport
Transport
Travel Insurance.
I will be paying these out of pocket which means that I will be using scholarship money to pay for this trip. This is a less than ideal solution as most of my scholarship money goes to food, housing, books, bills, and various needs that seem to come up during the semester.
I have offered a few small rewards. They are not much but as there is nothing tangible created by helping the less fortunate receive medical treatment, I am offering some little things to help show my appreciation for your donation.
Thank you for your time and donations.
