5 Hours for Nightline

Southampton University Water Polo Club will be playing a 5-hour water polo match, for the 1 in 5 students diagnosed with a mental health problem. Our matches are usually around 30 minutes! As a team of university students, this cause is really close to our hearts. Profits will be split between Nightline Association and SUWPC.

Nightline is a great volunteer, student-run charity which offers a confidential listening helpline to university students across the country. They aim to make all students aware of the emotional peer support available and have access for all. Donations will help Nightline to continue service, as well as provide training in suicide prevention, emotional resilience, and sexual violence awareness.

The event will be live-streamed with fun commentaries and interviews, as well as the chance to suggest challenges if you donate.
