Help Charlie fix his knee

Charlie tore a ligament in his knee and needs a tibial plateau leveling Osteotomy to get back on his feet. He is very important to our family especially the kids. He is very healthy otherwise just had an unfortunate twist and is pretty much immobile due to pain. Thanks so much in advance for any help you can provide to us and Charlie.
