Devastating house fire all is lost

My family lost everything and even Logan their dog who saved them from a horrific fire which took only minutes to destroy everything. Mom ran out only in slippers and bed clothes. Hoping to receive some help as they were long time residents in the town of Pine Island, NY their family has been there since the 1940's. Mom and dad both have health issues. Please help in their time of need.
