Our cousin Mike is the kindest, warm hearted, hard working family man. You never see him without a smile on his face (no joke!) He has his loving girlfriend Margery and son Zach. Mike works the front desk at MVP baseball academy where everyone is greeted like Mike has known them forever, whether he really has or it’s your first time there! Two weeks ago Mike was taken to the emergency room 3 times in a weekend until they finally didn’t let him leave. They found a very large tumor in his Kidney and when realizing it was cancer they did emergency surgery to remove the kidney. The prognosis on Mike is promising once he gets through this tough part, as the great news is the cancer did not spread. The bad news is Mike is off work and his family relies on every dollar of his income that he doesn’t make if he can’t work and they need to get by. We know the holidays are a tight time for everyone but every little bit would help to supplement mikes income over the next several weeks. Happy holidays and a blessed healthy New Year to all!
